You Can’t Change Your Spouse? Or Can You?

How to Change Your Husband in Three Steps

We have always been told that you can’t change someone.

And yes… that only kind of true.

There are 3 strategies that my clients use to influence change within their partners.

1- Process Past Pain & Hurt from Your Marriage

When you can release anger, resentment and sadness from past interactions with your partner, then you won’t feel as triggered by their words and actions!  If you are not triggered, then arguments won’t happen!

2- Raise Your Vibration

The Law of Attraction  states that “like” energy attracts “like” energy.  This law can be applied to your marriage.  If you are truly happy, love yourself and feel good enough, then your soul’s vibration will be higher, thus you will attract people, events and thoughts that are in alignment with your high vibes.

3- Use Your Spouse As a Mirror

Partners mirror to use exactly the things we need to work on within ourselves by triggering us (or activating an emotion within).  This emotion is your body’s way of communicating that something isn’t right.  Once you dig deeper into what your body is telling you, then you can reprogram that belief, which will drastically improve the interactions with your partner. Thus, your partner will feel more open to share, they won’t feel judged or nagged.  And your communication will transform.

“You can’t change him!”

Well maybe you can!

In my experience, and in the experience of my clients, the above is true.

You CAN change your husband.

How?

By changing yourself.

I know, it sounds a bit “woo”.

But it’s absolutely true.

When you change your beliefs, release grudges from the past, then you heal the love, communication, trust, and intimacy.

When you heal the relationship with yourself…

You will become more confident and worthy of the marriage you want, and you will create it!

He changes because he has to.

He has no choice but to show up differently when you show up differently.

Because after all, the law of attraction and the law of vibration prove this!

So quit thinking you can’t change him.
