How to end stupid arguments in 1-minute!

How to end stupid arguments in 1-minute

You can end a stupid argument in 1-minute

To do this, one of you needs to stop arguing from your wounded, hurt self!

When you argue from a low-vibe version of yourself, you are choosing to bring past emotions & hurt into the present moment!

When in a low-vibe state (angry, sad, upset), you will continue to feel misunderstood!

You will continue to shut each other out!

The bad feelings will grow.

Instead, when you approach an argument from a place of curiosity and compassion, your husband will let you in.

He feels heard and understood.

I know, you probably want to be heard and understood too.

Now here’s the magic. When he feels heard and understood, he will be way more able to hear and understand you too.

So when you’re not sure how to end a stupid argument, turn towards him, not away.
